DAYWISE ITINERARY

Day 01 :: BHUBANESWAR AIRPORT ARRIVAL – KONARK – PURI

Meet & greet on arrival and transfer to Puri on the way visiting the following places
1. Dhauli Peace Pagoda & Ashokan rock edict
2. 64 Yogini temple at Hirapur
3. Pipli applique making village
4. Konark Sun temple & Interpretation Centre
5. Chandrabhaga beach
6. Light & Sound show at Konark (starts at 6.30 PM & remains closed on Monday)

1. Then continue your drive to Puri and stay overnight.

Day 2 :: PURI – CHILIKA LAKE – PURI

Morning – Enjoy Morning Aarti in the Temple of Lord Jagannath, then visit of other temples inside the main campus.
Post breakfast have a stroll on exciting Grand Road & visit Gundicha Temple (closed for the time being).
Then you will be going to visit Chilka Lake at Satpada to view dolphins and sea mouth. Boating will be on direct payment basis.
Return back to Puri visiting Alarnath Temple. Overnight at Puri.

Day 3 : PURI – BHUBANESWAR DROP @ RAILWAY STATION

Post breakfast leave for Puri on the way visiting the following places
1. Raghurajpur painting village
2. Sakhigopal temple
3. Temples of Bhubaneswar : Parashurameswar, Mukteswar, Lingaraj & Rajarani with Bindu Sarovar
4. Caves of Bhubaneswar : Khandagiri & Udayagiri Jain caves
If time permits, then you can visit Nandankanan zoological park (Monday remains closed).
After the visit you will be dropped at the Bhubaneswar railway station to board the overnight train to Kolkata. OVERNIGHT JOURNEY TO KOLKATA.

Day 4 : KOLKATA ARRIVAL & LOCAL CITY TOUR

Morning arrival at Howrah / Sealdah station and then transfer to the hotel.
Post fresh up full day visit of Kolkata city including the following places
1. Victoria Memorial
2. Indian Museum (Closed on Monday)
3. Kali Ghat Kali temple
4. Howrah Bridge (pass by)
5. BBD Bagh or Writer’s Building
6. Eden Garden Cricket Stadium
7. Birla Temple
8. Mother Teresa’s House
Return back to hotel and stay overnight at Kolkata.

Day 5 : KOLKATA – GANGASAGAR – KOLKATA

Approx Distance: 110 Km • Est. Travel Time: 4 hours
After early breakfast start for full day excursion to Gangasagar – An island in the confluence of River Ganga & Bay of Bengal & famous for Kapil Muni Ashram which is considered to be a great religious significance. Evening return back to Kolkata. Overnight stay at hotel.
KACHUBERIA EXCURSION
Approx Distance: 40 Km • Est. Travel Time: 4 hours
We will provide Ac vehicle for Kolkata to Ferry Ghat i.e. Lot No. 8 / Harwood Point (90 Km.) & back to Kolkata. After reaching Lot No. 8 you will board the ferry to cross the Muriganga River for Kachuberia. From here you will be transferred to Sagar island and back to Ferry Jetty by a private vehicle (01 ac sumo/similar car). Please do not forget to reconfirm the return ferry timings (Kachuberia to Lot No 8) with the authority as it depends on the tide timings.

Day 6 :KOLKATA AIRPORT / STATION DROP

After leisurely breakfast leave for Kolkata visit and then drop at airport or station for onward journeys.
On this day you will be taken to visit Science City, Dahskhineswar Kali temple and Belur Math. Then you will be dropped at the airport or station for onward journeys.
