DAY 01 :: BHUBANESWAR ARRIVAL – BARKUL @ CHILIKA LAKE:

Pick up from Bhubaneswar airport & transfer to Barkul at Chilika Lake on the way visiting the
following places
1. Khandagiri & Udayagiri Jain caves
2. Mangalajodi @ Chilika Lake (do boating through hand rowing boat)
Check into the hotel and relax for the day. Overnight stay at Barkul at Chilika Lake.

DAY 02 :: BARKUL @ CHILIKA LAKE – GOPALPUR :

Morning boating inside the lake to visit Kalijai Island and Kalijai Temple. Back to the resort and check
out. Then drive to Gopalpur on the way visiting the following places
1. Tara Tarini Temple (one of the Shakti Pithas)
2. Tampara Lake (you can do some water sports activities)
Then check into the hotel at Gopalpur and evening free on the lonely beach of Gopalpur. Overnight
stay at Gopalpur.

DAY 03 :: GOPALPUR – TAPTAPANI – JIRANG – GOPALPUR :

Morning after relax breakfast leave for Taptapani Hot Sulphur Water, Chandragiri Tibetan
Settlement and Jirang Monastery (the biggest monastery of Asia). Then return back to Gopalpur
visiting Deer Park near Taptapani. Overnight stay at Gopalpur.

DAY 04 :: GOPALPUR – PURI :

Morning check out from Gopalpur and then drive to Puri visiting Sakhigopal temple, Raghurajpur
Artisan village. Then check into the hotel in Puri. After fresh up visit of Puri Jagannath temple &
witness the Flag Changing Ceremony. Return back to the hotel and stay overnight at Puri.

DAY 05 :: PURI – KONARK – PURI:

Once again morning visit of Lord Jagannath temple, other temples inside the main campus, Grand
road, Gundicha temple (closed for the time being) and Sonar Gouranga temple. After lunch visit of
Konark on the way visiting the following places
1. Ramchandi Temple
2. Chandrabhaga beach
3. Konark Sun Temple (Known as Black Pagoda)
4. Konark Interpretation Centre
5. Light & Sound show at Konark (starts from 6.30 PM)
Then return back to Puri and stay overnight.

DAY 06 :::: PURI – BHUBANESWAR

Post breakfast leave for Bhubaneswar on the way visiting the following places
1. Pipli applique making village
2. Dhauli Peace Pagoda & Ashokan Rock Edict
3. Hirapur 64 Yogini temple
4. Nandankanan zoological park (closed on Monday)
Return back to hotel and stay overnight at Bhubaneswar.

DAY 07 :: BHUBANESWAR LOCAL & AIRPORT DROP :

Post breakfast visit of temples of Bhubaneswar like
1. Parashurameswar Temple
2. Mukteswar Temple
3. Lingaraj Temple
4. Rajarani Temple
5. Bindu Sarovar
Then drop at Bhubaneswar airport for onward journeys.

2. Toll, parking & driver’s allowances.
