DAYWISE ITINERARY

Day 01 ::BHUBANESWAR AIRPORT ARRIVAL

Meet & greet on arrival at Bhubaneswar airport & transfer to hotel. Rest for this day and prepare for
the next 15 days trip of the Odisha & Chhattisgarh Tour. Overnight stay. (Should be Friday)

Day 2 ::BHUBANESWAR – BALIGUDA

Post breakfast leave for Baliguda visiting Atri Hot Sulpher Water, Itamati weaving village and few semi tribal villages on the way. Stay in Baliguda. (Should be Saturday)

Day 3 : VISIT OF KUTIA KONDH (TATOO FACED) TRIBAL VILLAGES

Full day visit to Kutia Kondh (Tattoo Faced) Tribal villages near Baliguda and places like Barakhamba famous for Dhokra Casting work. Back to hotel and stay overnight. (Should be Sunday)

Day 4 : BALIGUDA – RAYAGADA

Post breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Rayagada on the way visiting Belaghar & Tumudibandh Kutia Kondh tribal villages. Overnight at Rayagada. (Should be Monday)

Day 5 : RAYAGADA – LAJNIA SOURA VILLAGES – RAYAGADA

Full day excursion to Lanjia Saora tribal villages. Post visit return back to Rayagada and stay overnight. (Should be Tuesday)

Day 6 : RAYAGADA – CHATIKONA – JEYPORE

Morning excursion to Chatikona weekly market of Dongaria Kondh Tribes. Spend some time in the market to witness the primitive hill tribes. Return back to Rayagada visiting few Desia Kondh tribal villages. Then drive to Jeypore visiting few Mali Tribal villages on the way. Stay at Jeypore. (Should be Wednesday)

Day 7 : JEYPORE – ONUKUDELI – JEYPORE

Post breakfast leave for Onukudelli weekly market of Bonda, Gadaba & Didayi tribes. Enjoy some quality time in the market to witness the Bonda Women with their traditional dress coming to the market with bags or baskets on their head. You can also have a chance to buy some kind of ornaments from the Bonda Ladies. After the market return to Jeypore visiting Duduma Waterfall ,
few Gadaba villages, Machkund Reservior with pottery making villages. Stay Jeypore. (Should be Thursday)

Day 8 : JEYPORE – KUNDULI MARKET – JEYPORE

After breakfast visit of Kunduli Weekly market (the biggest vegetable market of Paroja Tribes). Then visit few Paroja Tribal villages, Pottery making village, Koraput Jagannath temple and Tribal Museum.
Back to Jeypore and overnight. (Should be Friday)

Day 9 : JEYPORE – GUPTESWAR CAVE – DHURUBA TRIBAL VILLAGE – JEYPORE

After breakfast visit to Gupteswar Cave temple, Dhuruba tribal villages and their weekly market at Baligaon. Return back to Jeypore and stay overnight. (Should be Saturday)

Day 10 : JEYPORE – JAGDALPUR

Morning post breakfast check out from Jeypore hotel and drive to Jagdalpur visiting weaving village at Kotpad. Check into the hotel and then in the afternoon enjoy the Chitrakoot Waterfall (Niagra Fall of India) with sunset. Stay Jagdalpur. (Should be Sunday)

Day 11 : JAGDALPUR – TIRATHGARH – BISON HORN TRIBE – JAGDALPUR

Morning after breakfast visit of Jagdalpur local including Tirathgarh waterfall. Then you will be doing to visit the Bison Horn Dance tribal village & witness their dance on direct payment basis. Also visit
Tokapal weekly market. Return back to Jagdalpur & stay overnight. (Should be Monday)

Day 12 :JAGDALPUR – KANKER

Post breakfast check out from Jagdalpur & drive to Kanker on the way visiting Kondagaon (Dokra casting village), Kideichapra (Iron Work village) and also witness the Deer Horn dance in Maria Tribal village. Check into the hotel at Kanker & stay overnight. (Should be Tuesday)

Day 13 : KANKER – SHIVRINARAYAN

Start the day to visit Ramnami Tribes in Shivrinarayan & few villages near by. Stay overnight at Shivrinarayan. (Should be Wednesday)

Day 14 : SHIVRINARAYAN – KAWARDHA/CHILPI

Drive to Kawardha / Chilpi & visit a few tribal villages. Stay overnight. (Should be Thursday)

Day 15 : KAWARDHA / CHILPI – RAIPUR AIRPORT DROP

Morning visit of few Gond Tribal villages and then drive to Raipur to catch evening flight for onward journeys.

    have been based on usage of these hotels and it is not to be construed that accommodation
    is confirmed at these hotels until and unless we convey such confirmation to you. In the
    event of any of the above mentioned hotels not becoming available we shall book alternate
    accommodation at a similar or next best available hotel and shall pass on the difference of
    rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable)

    (weather, political demonstrations, airline & train delays, traffic jams, floods etc.).
