DAYWISE ITINERARY

Day 01 ::BHUBANESWAR – KONARK

Arrival at Bhubaneswar airport and visit of Bhubaneswar temples like Lingaraj, Rajarani, Mukteswar & Parashurameswar. Then leave for Konark on the way visiting Dhauli Peace Pagoda with Ashokan Rock Edict (3 rd Century BC) and 64 Yogini Temple at Hirapur. Enjoy the local famous sweet called Chenna-Jhilli at Nimapada Chowk. Check into the hotel at Konark and relax on the beach side hotel enjoying the sunset at the beach. Evening witness the Light & Sound Show at Konark (Starts at 6.30 PM & remains closed on every Monday). Stay overnight at Konark.

Day 2 :: KONARK – PURI

Morning enjoy the sunrise subject to clear weather. After breakfast visit of Konark Sun Temple with Interpretation Centre. Then visit of ASI Museum (closed on Friday). Continue your drive on the Konark-Puri Marine Drive Road and check into the hotel in Puri. Afternoon visit of Blue Flag Beach. There you may enjoy the Sand Art Sculpture. Overnight stay at Puri.

Day 3 :: PURI – CHILIKA LAKE @ SATAPADA – PURI

Morning visit of Lord Jagannath temple with the help of our Priest with other temples in the premises. After breakfast visit of Gundicha temple and Loknath temple in Puri. Then continue your drive to Chilika Lake (largest brackish lake in Asia & the home for migratory birds, dolphins and many more water animals). Also visit the joint point of Chilika Lake and Bay of Bengal. Back to Puri visiting Alarnath temple at Brahmagiri. In the evening free at Golden Beach of Puri or Beach Market. Overnight stay at Puri.

Day 4 :: PURI – GOPALPUR

After having the breakfast, proceed to Gopalpur-on-Beach on the way visiting Raghurajpur / Nayakpatna Artisan village, Mangalajodi @ Chilika Lake which is famous for the migratory birds like Pelicans and many more water bodies. Also do boating inside the lake to visit Barkul @ Chilika Lake to visit Kalijai Island and temple. Reach Gopalpur in the evening and enjoy the rocky beach. Overnight stay at Gopalpur.

Day 5 :: GOPALPUR BEACH

After having the breakfast at the hotel in GOPALPUR, full day enjoy the lonely beach & Taptapani Hot Sulphur Water. Return back to Gopalpur visiting the Berhampur city famous for pickles. Overnight stay at Gopalpur.

Day 6 :: GOPALPUR – CHANDIPUR (400 KMS / 6 HOURS DRIVE)

On this day after completing the breakfast check out from Gopalpur and leave for Chandipur on the beach in Balasore District. Stay overnight after the long travel.

Day 7 :: CHANDIPUR BEACH

Full day enjoy the Chandipur beach famous for receding sea. Then visit of Balasore city including Khira-Chora Gopinath temple and Jagannath temple. Return back to hotel in Chandipur and stay.

Day 8:: CHANDIPUR – BHUBANESWAR DROP (200 KMS / 4 HOURS DRIVE)

Post breakfast leave for Bhubaneswar to catch the flight / train for onward journeys.
