DAYWISE ITINERARY

Day 01 :: BHUBANESWAR – BARKUL @ CHILIKA LAKE

Meet & greet on arrival at Bhubaneswar airport and then drive to Barkul at Chilika Lake on the way visiting
1. Khandagiri & Udayagiri Jain caves
2. Mangalajodi @ Chilika Lake (Famous for migratory birds and use hand rowing boat)
Check into the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 2 :: BARKUL – TARATARINI TEMPLE – PURI

Post breakfast go for boating inside the lake to view Kalijai Island and Kalijai Temple. Then return back to hotel and check out. Go for visit of Taratarini Temple (one of the Shakti Pithas). Post visit start driving towards Puri on visiting Raghurajpur Artisan village. Check into the hotel in Puri and evening witness the Flag Changing Ceremony at Lord Jagannath temple. Overnight stay at Puri.

Day 3 :PURI – KONARK – PURI

Morning after breakfast visit of Puri city including the following places
1. Lord Jagannath temple and the entire campus with other temples
2. Grand Road
3. Gundicha temple (During this period the three deities will be at this temple due to Rath Yatra Rituals)4. Sonar Gouranga Temple
Then proceed towards the world-famous Konark to visit Sun temple also known as black pagoda. Visit Chandrabhaga beach, Ramchandi temple and Konark Interpretation Centre. Spend time at the beach and also visit the beach market at Puri and return to hotel after a whole day of exploration. Evening witness the light & sound show at Konark and return back to Puri. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 : PURI – BHUBANESWAR

Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and continue your drive to Bhubaneswar on the way visiting the following places
1. Sakhigopal temple (Temple of Radha & Krishna)
2. Pipli applique making village
3. Dhauli Peace Pagoda
4. Hirapur 64 Yogini Temple
Check into the hotel in Bhubaneswar and then visit of Nandankanan zoo in the afternoon (zoo remains closed on Monday). Overnight stay at Bhubaneswar.

Day 5 : BHUBANESWAR LOCAL & DROP

Post breakfast visit of temples of Bhubaneswar like
1. Parashurameswar Temple
2. Mukteswar Temple
3. Kedar Gouri Temple
4. Bindu Sarovar
5. Lingaraj Temple
6. Rajarani Temple
Return back to the hotel and check out after lunch. Then you will be free for shopping sometime in the city and then you will be dropped at the airport for onward journeys.
